In July 2021, Ahern Family of Companies was awarded the bid for a 9-story, 141,009 sq. ft. (13,107sqm) professional office building, formerly owned by the City of Las Vegas.
The new campus at 333 N. Rancho Dr. in Las Vegas will become the new global corporate headquarters for Ahern Family of Companies (AFC). This includes relocating Ahern Rentals corporate headquarters from its current facility on Martin Luther King Blvd., along with centralizing some other office-based roles from around the Las Vegas valley.
The campus will also house Ahern Advanced Career Training (AACT), a vocational training school which aims to fill skilled jobs and promote industry growth across transportation, mechanics, construction, manufacturing, equipment rentals, equipment operations, safety and hospitality.
